(OTC PINK: WRAP) (http://www.wrapmail.com) as of today completed an agreement to purchase Prosperity Systems, Inc. for an all-stock acquisition. WRAPmail, Inc. has been looking to enhance its offering while also gaining access to a larger user base.

Mr. Stone has over 12 years of IT experience building software products and creating services using cutting-edge technologies.
