Erisman is responsible for developing and executing on the company's worldwide marketing strategy and for managing the company's global brand.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Erisman has initiated and driven high revenue growth for multiple award-winning companies in the SaaS, open source, and enterprise software sectors. Prior to joining Citus Data, Erisman was chief marketing officer for Percona, where he helped drive significant growth. In 2014, Percona increased its customer base by 40 percent over 2013, grew support bookings by 40 percent year-over-year, and increased managed services bookings by 65 percent year-over-year. Percona was also named to the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year and won two Silver Stevie Awards. Erisman was also instrumental in helping Percona take over, manage, and grow the annual MySQL community conference. The third annual Percona Live MySQL Conference & Expo held last year drew more than 1,100 attendees from 40 countries.

Prior to Percona, Erisman was vice president of marketing at DotNetNuke, where he was responsible for all outbound marketing activities and helped grow company revenues from zero to a $12 million annual run rate in 18 months. He also helped grow the number of subscription customers from zero to more than 1,500 in less than three years. Before DotNetNuke, Erisman served as vice president of marketing and business development at Project Hosts, the worldwide leader in Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM), CRM and SharePoint SaaS solutions, where he grew annual revenues from $1.8 million to a $4 million run rate and 107 percent growth in active customers in less than two years. Previously, Erisman held executive-level and marketing positions at several organizations, including CaseCentral, Intevac and Atcor. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in Chemistry from Harvard University.
