SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/01/15 -- Stealth network management startup CloudHelix today announced that Jesper Stroe will join the company's leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. With decades of experience guiding the financial strategy of successful Silicon Valley startups from as early as inception through to successful liquidity events, Stroe joins CloudHelix to oversee financial as well as legal and human resource operations.

Prior to joining CloudHelix, Stroe spent the last couple of years as Chief Financial Officer of Agari Data, a company that secures email from being used in cyber attacks. Before that, he held numerous financial leadership and executive advisory roles at companies such as DtecNet (acquired by Thomson Reuters), and Cemaphore Systems (acquired by Sparxent). Stroe also co-founded TouchWave (acquired by Ericsson), one of the first IP-telephony switch providers and Adomo (acquired by Avaya) that built one of the first Unified Messaging platforms for Microsoft Exchange.
