(OTCQB: BTCS) ("BTCS" or the "Company"), a blockchain technology focused company which secures the blockchain through its transaction verification services business, announced today that its management team has agreed to voluntarily cancel all 12,450,000 of their options, representing all of the Company's outstanding options, ahead of the Company's anticipated merger with Spondoolies-Tech ("Spondoolies").
