NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 07/16/15 -- This week, Legaltech News honored Docket Alarm with the 2015 Innovation Award for "Best Research Product" for its litigation search and analytics tools in Federal Courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. The LTN Innovation Awards, which took place in San Francisco, California, aim to "recognize outstanding achievement" from technology providers, lawyers, and tech savvy in-house counsel.

The awards ceremony took place at The City Club of San Francisco on Tuesday evening, with 26 awards presented for categories ranging from "Most Innovative Use of Technology in a Corporation" to "Best Marketing Services Provider."

Docket Alarm was proud to receive the award for "Best Research Product." Docket Alarm's search and analytics platform allows litigators and corporations to run full-text searches across millions of dockets and documents spanning Federal and Bankruptcy Courts (i.e., across all of PACER), the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Searches can be filtered by judge, party, law firm, and a number of other facets. Docket Alarm also delivers real-time alerts to your inbox or mobile device.

Docket Alarm's latest innovation is their PTAB analytics platform, which gives attorneys a bird's eye view of their PTAB cases, analyzing potential outcomes based on judge, party, and law firm. The analytics platform also provides valuable market data, allowing users to analyze which parties are most active in the PTAB, and the law firms that represent them.

Docket Alarm's Founder, Michael Sander, said of the award, "We are thrilled to be recognized by the leading legal tech publication, and look forward to a long future of providing the state-of-the-art to the legal profession."
