NEWTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/15 -- Kaminario, the leading all-flash array storage provider for midrange enterprises, today announced that Payoneer, a leading global payments company, has chosen its K2 all-flash array for the company's data centers. Kaminario will replace the company's current hybrid storage system, which acted as a bottleneck when carrying out business processes on Payoneer's online platform.
After Kaminario K2 demonstrated substantial results in EMEA, Payoneer ordered an additional storage system for its data center in New Jersey. Both data centers will act as disaster recovery sites for each other, and upon completion of its installation, Payoneer's online payment platform, management systems and BI system will completely run on Kaminario K2, consisting of 100 terabytes.

Payoneer chose Kaminario because its K2 is the only all-flash array to both scale up and scale out without performance degradation. In addition, K2 integrates advanced RAID and snapshot technologies that help protect the data in cases of failure or disaster. Kaminario's storage solution, which includes technologies for volume data reduction, inline compression and deduplication, allows for a larger volume of data to be stored in less storage space, thus bringing significant savings in floor space and power consumption.
