Vande Casteele will be responsible for executing the company's long-term strategies and leveraging market opportunities to fuel and support the company's growth. VerTech Solutions Group founder and former president, Jason Seedig, will serve as chief executive officer and chief technology officer.

Vande Casteele joins VerTech Solutions Group with a rich background of executive leadership, fundraising, finance and technology services. Leveraging his IBM and Ernst & Young Management Consulting pedigree, along with executive-level experience running successful businesses and a proven record of crystallizing strategies that lead to winning organizational transformations, Vande Casteele provides hands-on operational leadership that results in strengthened balance sheets and market-leading companies. Most recently, he was managing director at John Davenport & Associates, where he oversaw all business operations that provided corporate development and operational advisory services to middle-market companies. This included organizational expansion, guiding process and leading cross-functional teams in finance, legal and operations, as well as promoting clients to a multinational network of private equity and strategic corporate organizations.
