NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 07/07/15 -- Global Arena Holding Inc. (OTC PINK: GAHC) is announcing today that its subsidiary company, Global Election Services Inc. (GES), is forming an Arbitration Division that will utilize blockchain technology that will assist in labor and contract disputes. GES will work with the Blockchain Technologies Corporation in development of this division. GAHC previously announced an agreement and plan of merger with the Blockchain Technologies Corporation.

GAHC has announced that one of its holdings, Global Election Services Inc. (GES), will launch an Arbitration Division in the third quarter of 2015. Recent Arbitration Clauses in labor contracts have gained substantial value to both parties as a rapid and inexpensive method for resolution of "garden variety" contract disputes and also as a cathartic process which relieves shop level tensions without "self-help" or other disruptive actions by employees or their labor organizations.

"This is another great opportunity to illustrate the potential we are unlocking using the technology of the blockchain," said Nick Spanos, Founder and CEO of Blockchain Technologies Corporation. "Using the blockchain increases transparency, and will bring smoother resolutions to disputes."

Arbitration services are a natural companion service to GES inasmuch as providing election services will often yield the opportunity to offer arbitration services to existing clients and potential new clients. In addition, many elections either require or should require the use of an election arbitrator to resolve eligibility and related issues during the course of the election. Having a panel of arbitrators available for that purpose adds value to the election service.

The GES Arbitration Division will be involved in potential caseloads by organizing the selection and scheduling process and then monitoring the hearing and transmitting the Award of the arbitrator to the parties.

GES CEO Maralin Falik said, "I am very excited to add the Arbitration Division to GES, as this will be a valuable add-on service to our existing clients and I believe it will assist GES in gaining new clients."

GAHC is trading on the OTC Pink Sheets and has been publicly traded since 2011. GAHC holds a number of interests, including Global Elections Services, and Global Arena Investment Management.
