Pivotal will support Pivotal Cloud Foundry®, the leading distribution of Cloud Foundry, on Mirantis OpenStack. In addition, Mirantis will now also resell Pivotal Cloud Foundry to customers. This partnership between leaders in the Cloud Foundry and OpenStack ecosystems enables enterprises to confidently invest in a cloud stack built on integrated, open and fully supported technologies.

Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a cloud-native application platform that provides a consistent environment across DevOps scenarios, and enables role-based, self-service application deployment and service lifecycle management. This will allow IT organizations to deploy a complete foundation of Pivotal Cloud Foundry on OpenStack at the click of a button, install stateful services and expose them to running instances of Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and deploy other applications from the Murano application catalog directly onto running instances of Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
