SAN ANTONIO, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 07/29/15 -- ProfitBricks, the provider of painless cloud infrastructure IaaS, today announced its new Command Line Interface (CLI). Dubbed 'CLI 2.0', the new interface grants administrators access to all functionalities of their ProfitBricks cloud, giving them the choice of managing their entire infrastructure through a CLI, the Data Center Designer or both.

ProfitBricks developed the CLI 2.0 for SysAdmin power users using feedback directly from those users. It gives those users with extensive cloud data centers quick access to the features they need most at a speed that matches how they regularly work. Implemented against ProfitBricks' REST API, the new CLI can be used for functions across the entire infrastructure, such as creating servers, attaching volumes and managing LANs.

The company also launched an early access preview of its Docker platform, featuring dedicated resources that autoscale.
