VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/07/15 -- Carl Capital Corp. ("Carl" or the "Corporation") (CSE: CRL), a developer of software as a service ("SaaS")-based solutions for data integration and business intelligence, announces that it proposes to undertake a private placement to raise up to $110,000 by the issuance of up to 440,000 common shares (each, a "Share") at a price of $0.25 per Share (the "Offering").
Proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
No finder's fee will be paid in connection with the Offering.
All securities will be subject to a four-month and one day hold period.
