This year the conference focused on innovations and best practices in crisis communication and the importance of customer partnerships. The event also included hands-on training with the AtHoc solution and the sharing of user success stories.

Participants in the 2015 Conference included attendees from businesses throughout the U.S. that use AtHoc and provided them with the opportunity to network with one another. It also provided attendees training to participate in AtHoc's newest innovation, the AtHoc Connect Community. Because crises rarely affect an organization in isolation, AtHoc Connect creates a network for organizations and government entities to effectively communicate in times of crisis.

With a 50% increase in customer attendance, the AtHoc User Group was a great success, providing thought-provoking discussion, cooperation between businesses and an increased appreciation of the need for effective communication channels in an emergency.
