In this role, Cullen will oversee the company's financial strategy and operations as it supports continued growth, international expansion and product development to address customer demand for the industry's ever-changing cloud requirements.

Cullen brings to CliQr more than 25 years of experience in executive finance positions at global software, networking and telecommunication technology companies. He helped companies scale to significant growth, establish business processes and systems and execute towards an exit strategy. He comes to CliQr after serving as a consulting CFO with Kranz & Associates supporting a range of start-ups to late stage companies, including SugarCRM, H2O and Netspeed Systems. Previously, he served as CFO at Gigamon, where he managed and oversaw finance, planning and operations and scaled the company to its S1 filing from 2010 to 2012. As CFO of Sylantro Systems, he oversaw the company's merger with Broadsoft, and, as CFO of Tasman Networks, he oversaw its merger with Nortel Networks. He has held executive positions with several other public and private technology companies and earned his MBA from Northeastern University.
