DataLocker Acquires USB Security Solutions Provider BlockMaster

Combined Product Lines Deliver End-to-End Encryption Solutions for Clients Worldwide

OVERLAND PARK, KS -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/15 -- DataLocker (datalocker.com), a leading encryption solutions provider, today announced it has acquired BlockMaster® AB, a USB security solutions provider headquartered in Sweden. The addition of BlockMaster represents a significant step forward in DataLocker's strategic initiative to expand its DataLocker Encryption Management Platform (EMP), which enables clients to track the location and use of sensitive data and intellectual property around the globe.

BlockMaster is well known for its USB security solutions, including the centralized USB management software, SafeConsole®, which offers organizations the ability to remotely manage Kingston, DataLocker, Cardwave, CMS and CTWO brand encrypted USB drives by resetting passwords, configuring password policy and activating audit for compliance procedures. BlockMaster Board Chairman and Chief Security Officer Anders Kjellander will remain with the firm to assist in the transition and lead DataLocker's secure flash product division.
